Great plant-based meal for first timer!
The meal is easy to prep as all is pre-made already! The sweetness and juicy coming out from the watermelon will make you crave for some more. I would suggest to try add a little bit of the ginger pickels and/or the seaweed salad on a spoonful of this meal first before actually mixing them all in, as you may not prefer them in your meal (ginger pickels has strong taste, whereas seaweed salad may be too sweet on top of the watermelon). Please please add the Avocado mayonaise because they are soooo good!
